These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all webinar services (“Services”) offered by ESL Jason (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our website esljason.com and associated scheduling, communication, and payment platforms, including Calendly, Zoom, Mailchimp, and Peach Payments. By booking or attending any webinar, online class, or consultation offered by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of Services

ESL Jason provides educational webinars for IELTS and TOEFL preparation, delivered exclusively online. These Services consist of scheduled, live, instructor-led online sessions delivered via Zoom or similar video conferencing tools, supported by automated scheduling, reminders, and confirmation features.

We do not sell any physical goods or standalone digital products. All communication, participation, and payment processes are facilitated digitally through trusted third-party providers.

Booking and Access Requirements

To participate in our webinars, you must complete the booking process via our online scheduling system (Calendly) and submit full payment at the time of booking. After payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing the event details along with the Zoom access link.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • That the email address you provide is correct and accessible
  • That you have a stable internet connection
  • That you log in at the correct time, considering your time zone
  • That you receive and review your confirmation and reminder emails

The Company is not responsible for missed sessions due to user error, technical issues on your device, or issues related to your internet provider.

Payments

All payments for webinars are processed securely through Peach Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Upon completing a booking, your card will be charged immediately in USD (or other available currencies, depending on your region). You agree that:

  • No webinar seat is reserved until full payment is successfully processed
  • The Company does not store or handle any credit card information
  • You are responsible for any bank fees, exchange fees, or international transaction fees
  • Refunds follow the policies outlined in Section 6

Pricing and Availability

Pricing for all webinars is published on our website. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, changes do not affect confirmed bookings.

Webinar availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Company reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a webinar in the event of technical issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, customers will receive a rescheduled date or may request a refund as outlined in Section 6.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment, all participants agree to:

  • Attend webinars in a quiet, appropriate environment
  • Avoid disruptive behavior (e.g., background noise, inappropriate language)
  • Not record, screen-capture, or redistribute the session
  • Not share Zoom links with unregistered individuals
  • Follow instructions from the instructor during the session

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.
