Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to all webinar Services provided by ESL Jason through esljason.com.
Customers are eligible for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of a webinar. To request a refund, customers must email us at esljasonprep@gmail.com with the booking details.
Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the start time cannot be accommodated due to seat allocation, scheduling, and instructor preparation requirements.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and customer’s bank.
Customers who fail to attend their scheduled webinar (“no-show”) are not eligible for refunds or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they join the webinar on time.
We do not offer refunds for issues caused by the customer’s devices, software, or internet connection.
